You will not be able to registration, edit your registered information, nor cancel your registration after the registration deadline.

You can download your receipt from "Download Receipt" on your log in page after your payment is completed.

Download your receipt by August 22nd, 2025（23:59, JST)

A QR code is required at the on-site registration.

After completing your payment, the necessary QR code will be displayed when you log in to the registration website.

Please log in to the registration site and present the QR code shown on the participant's main page at the reception desk.

A-Pass (formerly Confit account)

A-Pass is an account that can be used repeatedly at other Confit-enabled meetings and at future meetings.

A-Pass eliminates the need to create an account for each meeting and to manage multiple email addresses and passwords.
